I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Daan Regency, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The ambiance of the hotel was truly inviting, exuding a perfect blend of elegance and modernity. I booked a suite room. But I was upset when I see the room. A standard room has divided with a wooden partition and the bedroom size made it too congusted and there was no space for movement. They charged me much higher than a standard room, but the actual size of the room was same. Moreover, the linen, pillows and blankets were very dirty, we can understand it was used several times and it was not washed. The bathroom towels provided are very bad quality and used several times. There was no coffee service in room, when asked they provided a coffee which was cold and served in a paper glass and that too charged ₹25/. Overall, the service the quality of stay is very bad and approach of the staff are very bad. Not recommended for a decent stay and it's not worth for the money you pay

One of the worst hotel , we got the executive room in the ground floor and throughout the night they were talking loudly and making noises from the reception. Kitchen is located at the ground floor and early morning they started making breakfast and we would hear the mixer sound. The bedsheets were not cleaned and overall worst stay, no value for money.
